Vicky Deger

Vicky’s love for costume design came via a teenage-hood spent ripping apart thrift store clothing and sewing it up into alternative designs. She bought her first sewing machine with babysitting funds at 12, and has been creating ever since.

Thrifting, high fashion and extensive travel, combined with her love of people watching, have forged themselves into a successful career of designing and styling editorial, music videos, television shows and commercials. Not being traditionally trained has meant “mismatching” and taking risks, which ultimately lead to working with some of the most fabulous directors out there.

When she’s not working on film and TV projects you’ll likely bump into her “out the back” waiting for a wave, on a mountain hike at sunset, or in a jazz filled Parisian cafe.
